VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 31, 1905
At a special meeting of the Common Council held at Romdeune’s Drug Store, the following were
present:
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; Justus deBooy, H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees;
H.C. Hastings, Village Recorder.
The following bills were presented and allowed:
Frank S. Frye, street work, $37.60
Frank S. Frye, street work, $18.50
Star News, advertising, $6.00
W.H. Houlton, 1/3 cement sidewalk, $86.00
On motion adjourned.
