VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 24, 1905
At a special meeting of the Council held at Romdeune’s Drug Store, the following were present:
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; J.H. Romdeune, Trustee; H.C. Hastings, Village Recorder.
On motion it was voted to pay W.F. Chadbourne on his bridge contract the sum of $1400, being

amt. his due as per 2 estimate of C.A.P. Turner Engineers dated July 14, 1905.
The Recorder was directed to draw on the Town of Elk River for the sum of $900, it being for ½ of
the amt. already paid Mr. Chadbourne on bridge contract.
On motion adjourned.
