VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 10, 1905
At a special meeting of the Common Council held at Romdeune’s Drug Store, the following were
present:
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
On motion it was voted to pay W.F. Chadbourne the sum of $400.00 on the estimate submitted by

C\[illegible\] Engineering on June 3, 1905, on bridge contract.
The following resolution was by vote carried:
Resolved by the Common Council that the Village Treasurer be required to give an additional bond
of $10,000 by July 1, 1905.
On motion adjourned.
