VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 18, 1905
At a meeting of the Village Council held at Romdeune’s Drug Store, the following were present:
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; Justus deBooy, H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees;
H.C. Hastings, Village Recorder.
The contract with the G.N. Ry. Co. relating to the fire hose box on Culvert which the said Co. had
placed under their tracks for the use of the Village, was upon motion accepted, and the Recorder
was authorized to sign the said contract for the Village.
On motion the following bills were allowed:
Prosper Vassar, work on Ferry Hill, $4.50
Luther G. Davis, repg. sidewalk, $2.00
Heebner Mercantile Co., nails, etc., $1.97
Justus deBooy, \[no detail given\], $1.75
Justus deBooy, repg. walk on Main St., $15.40
On motion adjourned.
