NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the Parks and Recreation Commission will be
attending an athletic facilities tour of other cities regarding collecting ideas for developing a list of
capital improvement needs on Wednesday,May 24,2017, from 3 p.m. — 8 p.m. starting from Elk River
City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway NW, Elk River,Minnesota. A quorum of the Parks and Recreation
Commission may attend the athletic facilites tour;however, they will not convene any meeting, and no
action will be taken by the Parks and Recreation Commission during the event.
