The city's email policy does not allow me to access some old email updates from Cal
Portner, City Administrator, so I will paraphrase:
The council is awaiting a cost proposal from GRRL to expand service hours by three
overall to standardize opening times. Mary may be able to speak more as to what the
board approved as there was recent action taken, but no numbers were provided.
