VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 9, 1906
At a meeting of the Common Council of the Village of Elk River, held in Grand Army Hall, the
following-named were present:
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; Justus deBooy and H.B. Nickerson, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.

An estimate on bridge contract dated Jan. 8, 1906, from C.A.P. Turner Engineers was presented,
recommending the payment of $9500 to W.F. Chadbourne on his bridge contract, on motion of
H.B. Nickerson and Justus deBooy, Trustees, that the sum of $7000 be allowed to Mr. Chadbourne
on this estimate.*
On motion the following bills were allowed:
H.B. Nickerson, Judge of Election, $2.00
Justus deBooy, Judge of Election, $2.00
On motion it was voted to adjourn.
