VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 11, 1906
At a special meeting of the Village Council held at the store of R.E. Dare, the following-named were
present:
Present: R.E. Dare, President; Justus de Booy and W.P. Rhoda, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were on motion allowed
Geo. W. Youso, stone for ice break, etc., $37.05
W.H. Houlton, use of hall for annual election, $2.25
E.W. Johnson, making and painting and putting up signs on 2 bridges, $14.00
John McBride, work on fire engine, $1.00
Application for license for billiard saloon and pool room from C.H. Reincke and Edward Hunt was
presented and laid on the table.
