VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 14, 1906
At a special meeting of the Village Council held at the store of R.E. Dare, the following-named were
present:
Present: R.E. Dare, President; S.M. Crockett and W.P. Rhoda, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Letters from C.A.P. Turner Engineers relating to the completion of the bridge across the Mississippi
River in this Village was read and the Recorder instructed to keep the same on file.
Bill of Frank S. Frye for $129.53 for work done on streets was read and on motion allowed.
The matter of cement sidewalks was discussed but no definite action taken.
