VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 20, 1906
At a special meeting of the Village Council held at the store of R.E. Dare, the following-named were
present:
Present: R.E. Dare, President; S.M. Crockett and W.P. Rhoda, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
The bond of H.C. Hastings as Justice of the Peace in the sum of $500 was presented and upon
motion it was voted that it be accepted, whereupon it was approved by the President.
