VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 30, 1906*
At a special meeting of the Village of Elk River Common Council, the following-named members
were present:
Present: R.E. Dare, President; S.M. Crockett and W.P. Rhoda, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
The following bills were presented and on motion were allowed \[details are not given\]:

Elk River Lumber Co., $29.20
Town of Elk River, $42.11
Town of Elk River, $25.00
Geo. W. Youso, $10.75
On motion of W.P. Rhoda and seconded by S.M. Crockett, W.F. Chadbourne, F.D. Waterman
and C.D. Lashbrook were appointed Judges of Election for the primary election to be held on the
