VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 13, 1906*
At a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Elk River held at R.E. Dare’s furniture
store, the following-named members of the Council were present:
Present: R.E. Dare, President; S.M. Crockett and W.P. Rhoda, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
The following bills were presented and on motion were allowed:
Leslie Bailey, mowing park, etc., $3.50
John S. Mills, mowing park and streets, $3.30
S.G. Davis, work on scales and scale house, $7.00
Elk River Lumber Co., \[illegible\], scale house, etc., $23.74
R.D. Roath, ½ day reprg. street, $.75
R. Bailey, ½ day reprg. street, $.75
Adjourned.
