VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 26, 1907*
The Board of Review met pursuant to adjournment and made the following changes in Real
Assessments, viz.:
Frank S. Frye, reduction on structures on Lots 10, 11, & 12 Block 3 Thomas’ Add. Reduced from
$350 to $250.
E.H. Davis, Structures on Lots 11 & 12 Block 3 in W.H. Houlton’s Addition. Reduced from $350 to
$250.
After looking through and carefully examining the Personal Property List of the Village, it was on
motion voted to make no changes in the Personal Properties Assessments as made by the Assessor.
