VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 25, 1907*
At a meeting of the Board of Review of the Village of Elk River held at the office of R.E. Dare, the
following members of the board were present, viz.:
Present: R.E. Dare, President of the Village Council, Chairman of the Board; H.C. Hastings,
Recorder of the Village; and J.L.A. Nickerson, Assessor.
Proceeded to look through and examine the real estate assessments and listened to E.R. Halter in
regard to his assessment, who finally decided that he had no grievance in the matter.

After carefully going over the assessments, the board adjourned to meet tomorrow, Jan. 26, at
9 o’clock A.M.
