ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING

The Town Board of Equalization met according to law on the 4 Monday of June 1907, being the

24 day, for the purpose of reviewing the Assessor’s books and making such corrections as they
deemed necessary.
Present: Chas. E. Brown, Chairman; W.A. Frye and Frank Sandusky, Supervisors;
A.H. Keen, Town Clerk
Meeting open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
James Teller, Assessor, presented his books. Upon examination it was voted to raise valuation of
B.F. Plummer’s horses $40.00 moor \[sic\], Mr. Plummer being duly notified and appearing before
board. No other business appearing, adjourned.
