Keen, Town Clerk ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING April 1, 1907 The Board of Supervisors met at the Town Clerk’s office on Monday, April 1, 1907. Present: Chas. E. Brown, Chairman; W.A. Frye and Frank Sandusky, Supervisors; A.H. Keen, Town Clerk The first business of the meeting being the appointment of Chairman, on motion Chas. E. Brown was appointed Chairman for year 1907. The Town Clerk then being instructed to draw an order as half payment on the Road Grader. The following persons were appointed by the Board as Pathmasters: John F. Blocker for Dist. No. 2. Rudolph Reinke for Dist. No. 4. The following bills were presented and allowed and orders drawn for the respective amounts: Chas. E. Swanson for Dist. (?)
