Keen, Town Clerk ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING March 3, 1908 rd Town Board of Supervisors met at the Bank of Elk River on Tuesday, March 3, 1908. Present: Chas. E. Brown, Chairman; W.A. Frye and Frank Sandusky, Supervisors; A.H. Keen, Town Clerk This being the annual meeting of Board to audit accounts for the past year. F.W. Nickerson, Town Treasurer, presented his Report, which upon close examination and comparison with Clerk’s books was found correct. The Board then proceeded to cancel all orders and make up there \[sic\] reports to be presented at annual Town Meeting. The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and orders drawn for there \[sic\] respective amounts: F.W. Nickerson for Treas. fees, $17.95 G.F. \[General Fund\] Walter S. Booth & Son, books & blanks, $4.25 G.F. A.H. Keen, Clerk fees, $4.55 G.F. Frank Peterson, road work, $.75 R & B. \[Road and Bridge\] No further business appearing, adjourned. A.H.
