ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
July 11, 1908
This being the day for the Town Board to meet on a Notice of Hearing for a Cartway 2 roads wide.
Present: Chas. E. Brown, Chairman; Frank Sandusky, Supervisor; A.H. Keen, Town Clerk
The Board met at the Town Clerk’s office at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, and after being out wer
\[where\] this Cartway was to be laid out, the board returned \[to\] its office and rejackted \[sic\] this
Cartway, this Cartway being for A. Pirier.
The following bills were then presented and on motion allowed:
A.H. Keen Clerk fees $2.00 R. F. \[Revenue Fund\]
C.E. Brown Supervisor’s fees 2.00 R. F.
F.M. Sandusky Supervisor’s fees 2.00 R. F.
A.H. Keen Road work 13.50 \[fund not listed\]
