ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
March 2, 1909
The Town Board met at the Town Clerk’s office on Tuesday, March 2, 1909.
Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; Sam Glidden and Gust Sund, Supervisors;
A.H. Keen, Town Clerk.
This being the annual meeting of the Board of Auditors \[word missing?\] accounts for the past year.
A.W. Tourtillott, Town Treasurer, presented his report, which upon close examination and
comparison with the Clerk’s books was found correct. The Board then proceeded to cancel all
orders and make up there \[sic\] reports to be presented at the annual Town Meeting.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
A.W. Tourtillott Treas. fees $22.00 R. F. \[Revenue Fund\]
A.H. Keen Clerk fees 3.65 R. F.
Gust Sund Supervisor fees 2.00 R. F.
Sam Glidden Supervisor fees 2.00 R. F.
W.A. Frye Supervisor fees 2.00 R. F.
\[Total Revenue Fund:\] $31.65
No other business appearing, Board adjourned.
