Board met to consider road petition and damages due Fred Stimson. Fred Stimson not being
present, his lawyer, C.L. Wheaton, was asked to settle for him, but the amount, $125.00, being
considered to \[sic\] high, same was laid on the table.
The following bills were allowed:
