ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 24, 1912
Town Board met as Board of Equalization at Town Clerk’s office.
Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; Sam Glidden and Gust Sund, Supervisors; F.W. Nickerson,
Town Clerk; C.W. Hartfelder, Assessor.
On motion F.W. Nickerson’s personal property was decreased:
11 hogs decreased to 1 – $36.00
5 wagons reduced to 3
Moved and seconded that taxes on Thos. \[illegible\] Land. in Sec. 12 T32 R26 be reduced to $5.00
per acre.
W.A. Frye’s land in Sec. 1 T32 R26 be raised to $5.00 per acre.
South half of southwest quarter Sec. 1 T32 R26 be reduced to $5.00 per acre.
A.L. Stimson’s land in southeast quarter of \[illegible\] quarter Sec. 1 T32 R26 was reduced to $5.00
per acre.
W.H. Houlton’s land in Lot 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of Sec. 4 Town 33 R26 reduced to $5.00 per acre.
Lot 2 Sec. 5 T33 R26 reduced to $5.00 per acre.
