ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
October 25, 1913
Board met in Town Clerk’s office.
Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; P.H. McNabb, Supervisor; F.W. Nickerson, Town Clerk.
A.W. Tourtillotte having done, Herman L. Anderson was appointed to fill out the unexpired term
and Treasurer’s books were turned over to him. John Ferrell being found destitute with no means of
support, H.J. Anderson was ordered to board him till other means were found to take care of him.
Petition for change in the Twin Lake Road, Town Board went out to view the proposed change.
On motion the following bills were allowed:*
