ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
December 11, 1915
Board met in Town Clerkâs office.
Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; P.H. McNabb, Supervisor; F.W. Nickerson, Town Clerk.
This being the day appointed for hearing on road petition on petition \[sic\] for new road in Sec. 25 &
36 T33 R26 signed by S.M. Madson & others. On hearing arguments for & againts \[sic\] petition and
assertaining \[sic\] the costs & damage liable for laying out said road, on motion petition was rejected
for the reasons that cost would be greater than town could afford to pay at this time.
On motion the following bills were allowed:
W.A. Frye Taking John Ferrell to hospital at Anoka $4.00
Gust Moritz Road work 7.00
P.H. McNabb Road work 2.00
P.H. McNabb 1 day \[on\] Board 2.00
W.A. Frye 1 day \[on\] board 2.00
F.W. Nickerson 1 day \[on\] board 2.00
F.W. Nickerson Posting 9 notices on petition 2.25
