Town Board of Elk River met at Town Clerkâs office.
Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; J.E. Bloomdahl, Supervisor; F.W. Nickerson, Town Clerk.
Filled \[sic\] oath of office of J.E. Bloomdahl for Supervisor for 3 years \[and\] Harry Hall, Clerk, for
1 year.
On motion the following bills were allowed:
Hamlet & Gould Livery for John Ferrell, poor \[person\] $6.00
F.W. Nickerson Election exp. and 1 day on board 6.70
E.W. Bernard Clerk of Election 4.70
Fred Sacks Moderator 2.00
Frank Denser Judge of Election 4.70
