ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
August 18, 1916
Board met at special meeting, all members being present:
Present: W.A. Frye, Chairman; J.E. Bloomdahl and Chas. Schwanfick, Supervisors;
Harry A. Hall, Town Clerk.
Plans were received from the State Highway Commission for bridge over brook in Meadow Vale.
Board considered the bridge and culvert, put same to vote, and Chas. Schwanfick made motion to
put in two 48-in. iron culverts, which was seconded by W.A. Frye, voted on and carried.
