SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
CITY COUNCIL MEETING
I, Stephanie A. Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the
City Council on May 17, 1999, at 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Elk River City
Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear a presentation of the 1998 Audit
and Finance Department Annual Report.

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
cler,k to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
