Approve, by motion, the License Agreements for residents of Westwood Subdivision.
Background/Discussion
These license agreements were initiated by the Eagle Scout clean-up project which is currently taking
place. The City of Elk River prepared individual license agreements to permit specific personal items to
remain on the city’s right-of-way approaches to the unnamed city park on Lake Orono in the Westwood
subdivision as follows:
1. Vance and Betty Zehringer – 18920 Concord Street NW
Keep an existing dock and split rail fence, trellis, plants, flower bed and landscape timbers
2. Nathan and Lisa Close – 18940 Concord Street NW
Keep an existing shed
3. Brian Aho – 18954 Concord Street NW
Keep an existing dock
4. Brian and Jesca Kuhl – 18890 Concord Street NW
Keep an existing shed
5. Eric Sola and SNL Island View Properties LLC – 13002 Island View Drive
Keep an existing dock, wood shed and other exterior building
6. John and Elaine Dryer – 13008 Island View Drive
The signing of the license agreement was extended to July of 2017
