Stone also was requested to be picked from an Elk River location.  Natural stone with a veneer that is cut.  Timeline on signs for bids. Example: 2 years, 4 years, etc.  Breakdown of signs to complete in each year. Background/Discussion Council requested staff to return with more detailed information on past bids and what information we needed to move forward on the next bid process. Financial Impact Council consensus was to use GRE funds for some of the signage.
