Motion was made and seconded that petition be changed from a road to a cartway. Motion carried, John Toth being willing. Motion made and seconded that petition be changed from 40 rods south of N.E. corner of S.E. ¼ of N.W. ¼ of Sec. 15 Twsp. 33 R. 26 to 2 rods south of N.E. corner of S.E. ¼ of N.W. ¼ of Sec. 15 Twsp. 33 R. 26. Motion made and carried that petition be granted. Damages paid Gertrude Rotter by John Toth were $10.00. Gertrude Rotter was present to represent Mary Rotter. J.A. Bent was not present, neither was Erickson, the man that lives on place. Mrs. Louis Kish was present at hearing.
