Action Requested
Receive information on the HRA Housing Rehabilitation Program.
Background/Discussion
Currently, there are four projects in the pipeline.One project has had a partial inspection on it as the
contractor is waiting for the correct window to be delivered, tw
can proceed with their projects which will be starting soon and proval to
proceed.
Nine projects have been completed to date.Over $283,000 will soon be disbursed over the four-year
rehabilitation program period. Monthly installment payments are received per the agreements.
Staff will discuss funding continuation at the upcoming budget w
marketing efforts.
