SUBJECT: Request for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License by Goldeneye Ducks
Unlimited
Goldeneye Ducks Unlimited has made an application for authorization for an
exemption from lawful gambling license. Approval of this request would allow the
organization to conduct bingo, raffles, and paddle wheels at the Elk River American
Legion on August 20th.

Council motion to approve the request for exemption from lawful gambling as
requested by the Goldeneye Ducks Unlimited for August 20th.
