SUBJECT: Equipment Purchases
I would like to request permission to purchase two pieces of equipment that were not in
the budget. As we have entered the summer season these needs have arisen and we still
can function without either item however, they will make our operation more efficient.
The items requested are as follows:
.
. A two-wheeled tilt bed trailer for transporting a walk behind mower. The cost ofthe
trailer including tax is $852.00.
. A 7- foot wide heavy duty flail type mower that mounts on the rear of a utility
tractor. The cost of the mower including tax is $6,075.00.
