Discussion of request to hold Blue Ribbon Family Event at Orono Park.
Approval by motion to hold Blue Ribbon Family Event at Orono Park with the following provisions:
• Rental fee of$20 per bandshell.
• Damage deposit of$250.
• Group will pay cost of extra items such as portable toilets, trash pick-up as needed.
• Group will work with state health department regarding following rules of serving concessions.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
• The Blue Ribbon Worldwide Inc. has requested to hold their Blue Ribbon Family Event at Orono
Park.
• The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 9,2016.
• The event will run from 1:00 —8:00 p.m.
• The event will include activities such as vendors,jump houses,music, emergency vehicle
demonstrations, and presentations about the Blue Ribbon organization.
