Approve, by motion, a Public Display of Fireworks/Pyrotechnic License for Flashing Thunder Fireworks
Spectacular to conduct a pyrotechnic display from ERX Motorpark on June 23 and June 24, with the
following conditions:
1. Once distances have been established, size of the shoot can be determined.
2. Fire watch shall be established per direction of the fire marshal.
3. Applicant must contact Fire Marshal Cliff Anderson at 763.238.3489 to schedule pre -loading and
post -loading inspections.
Background/Discussion
Flashing Thunder Fireworks Spectacular applied, on behalf of Triple B Motor Sports, for a Public
Display of Fireworks/Pyrotechnic License in order to conduct fireworks from the ERX Motorpark
during a monster truck shows on June 23 and June 24.
