Sherburne County Fair Parade on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in Elk River, Minnesota. A
quorum of the Elk River City Council may participate in the parade; however, they will not convene
any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the parade.
