Redevelopment Authority on Monday, July 10, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at the Elk River City Hall,
13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
• The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the HRA budget.
I, Larry Toth, Chair, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority on Monday, July 10, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at the Elk River City Hall,
13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
• The purpose of the meeting is to discuss regular business.
I, Larry Toth, Chair, hereby request a closed meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority on Monday, July 10, 2017, at 4:45 p.m. at the Elk River City Hall,
13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss 420 Main Street.
The regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority scheduled for Monday,
July 3, 2017, has been cancelled.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of this special meeting, in writing, at least one
