Regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of Elk River, Minn., held at Bank of Elk River, with
full attendance.

Motion made and seconded that the petition of J.M. Holzern and others for a cartway be granted
with damages as agreed, which were fifty dollars to J.C. Aurwater, fifty dollars to H. Clark and one
hundred dollars to J.C. Schilki. Motion carried.
