ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
March 11, 1921
Town Board of Elk River met at Bank of Elk River in Village of Elk River.

All new officers signed oaths and bond were made out for Treasurer and Clerk.
Motion to have J.E. Bloomdahl act as Chairman of Board for following year.
Motion to have meetings held on the first Saturday of each month.
Motion to pay $.65 for man & team
$.35 for man alone
$.30 for team alone
