PROCEEDINGS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
TOWN OF ELK RIVER
March 8, 1921
Town Board of Elk River met at Courthouse in Village of Elk River.
Annual Town Meeting was held and officers were elected.
Motion made and seconded to have (Chas. S. Wheaton, Jr.) County Auditor levy a tax on town to
cover delinquent ditch tax of $2525.85 due county.
Motion carried:
That a lump sum of $100 be paid Town Assessor.
That following sums of money be raised by tax upon taxable property of town:
For delinquent ditch tax: $2525.85
For Road & Bridge Fund: 2000.00
For Revenue \[Fund\]: 500.00
That Auditor be notified that town does not need any money for Poor Fund at present time.

R.R. Simpson Elected for Clerk for 1 yr.
E.G. Palmer Elected for Treasurer for 1 yr.
Ira D. Thompson Elected for Assessor for 2 yrs.
