Action Requested
Approve,by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Elk River Lions Club for July 20 -23,
2017,with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with a secured,
controlled access and limited to the beer garden and grandstand areas. Wrist band control is required for
patrons 21 years and over.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions Club applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for the Sherburne County
Fair scheduled Thursday,July 20 through Sunday,July 23, 2017, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds.
