Johanna Hennessy Rosendahl
Background
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Simonson's Salon & Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169. The applicant has met the 500
hours of completed course work and the license will be contingent upon the applicant
successfully clearing the background check completed by the Police Department.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license to Johanna Rosendahl contingent
upon successfully clearing the background check.
