SUBJECT: Request for Tobacco License and 3.2 Percent Off-Sale Malt
Liquor License for Pao Yang
Request
Consideration of two requests from applicant Pao Vang: (1) to have a tobacco license, and
(2) to have a 3.2 percent off-sale malt liquor license.
Back~round
The applicant will be opening MP Convenience located at 13374 Highway 10 (currendy
known as Elk River Gas & Convenience). The applicant has made application for these two
licenses.
Action Requested
Staff is requesting Council to make a motion approving the tobacco license and 3.2 percent
off-sale malt liquor license for Pao Vang contingent upon all the proper paperwork being
submitted.
