SUBJECT: Request for Transient Merchant
License by Peter Imai
.
Peter Imai has submitted an application for a transient merchant
license. Peter is doing a student internship with the Southwestern
Company. He will be going door-to-door in the City of Elk River
selling educational study guides. The Southwestern Company has
had students selling educational guides in the City of Elk River for
several years. During those years I have received no complaints
regarding their product.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Peter
Imai pending a successful background check by the police
department.
