Dugout Project
HKGI has completed the bid process for the Oak Knoll and Youth Athletic Complex
dugouts project. The bids costs exceed the$80,000 allocated for the dugouts project. In
order for the project to be completed,The Elk River Youth Baseball and Softball
Associations will need to cover the additional costs. Youth Baseball has responded that they
will cover their portion of the additional costs,and also requested additional enhancements
to the dugouts on YAC 5 and 6 which they will fund. Staff has reached out to Youth
Softball to meet and discuss what their financial commitment would be.
