Members Absent: CommissionerProvo (absent due to conflict of interest because he is
the property owner of PID #75-757-0010)
Staff Present: Economic Development Director Amanda Othoudt, Eco
Development Specialist Colleen Eddy, and City Clerk Tina Allard
Also Present: Kennedy and Graven Attorney Jenny Boulton
1.Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk
Development Authority was called to order at 5:59 p.m. by President Tveite.
2.Adjourn Regular Meeting
When President Tveite adjourned the regular EDA meeting at 5:58
the following:

3.Closed Meeting
President Tveite noted the property to be discussed. Discussion was held.
There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the
