Approve, by motion, a 3.2 Percent On-Sale Liquor License to Elk River Country Club Inc. for Pinewood
Golf Course valid through June 30, 2018.
Background/Discussion
In March, the city entered into an agreement with Elk River Country Club Inc. (ERCC) to manage
Pinewood Golf Course. ERCC is applying for a liquor license to sell 3.2 percent liquor on-sale at
Pinewood.
The city previously held a 3.2. On-Sale Liquor License for Pinewood until the golf course closed in 2013.
