SUBJECT: Application for Exempt Permit for
Church of St. Andrew
The Church of St. Andrew has made application for an Exempt Permit for
Lawful Gambling. The permit will allow the Church to hold a raffle and
bingo on the date of the parish festival (September 26, 1999). The activities
will be held in the parish parking lot.

Council motion to approve an Exempt Permit for Lawful Gambling for the
Church of St. Andrew.
