EXECUTIVE MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
MONDAY, JULY 19, 1999

Members Absent:

Staff Present:
Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Peter Beck,
City Attorney
1. Call Meetina To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereot the executive session of the City Council
was called to order at 9:28 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing.
City Attorney Peter Beck indicated that the purpose of the meeting is to discuss
potential settlement options for the special assessment appeal by Cargill for their
trunk water and sewer assessments.
City Attorney Peter Beck and City Administrator Pat Klaers discussed settlement
options with the City Council.

There being no further business, MA VOR KLINZING ADJOURNED THE EXECUTIVE
SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AT 10:02 P.M.
