NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council may be participating in the
groundbreaking ceremony for Hearth Development, 11124 183`d Circle NW, Elk River, Minnesota
on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may participate in
the ground breaking ceremony; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be
taken by the City Council during the ground breaking.
