ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
March 20, 1923
Town Board of Elk River Township met at Bank of Elk River to qualify the newly elected officers.
All members present.

B.A. Gray was sworn in as Supervisor for three years and his oath filed with the Clerk.
R.R. Simpson was sworn in as Town Clerk and his surety bond filed with County Clerk of Court.
E.G. Palmer was sworn in as Town Treasurer and his surety bond filed at the Office of the Register
of Deeds.
Dale Felix refused to qualify as Assessor and E.W. Dickey and Carl Engstrom didn’t appear.
B.A. Gray was elected Chairman for the ensuing year.
Oath of R.R. Simpson, Clerk, and E.G. Palmer, Treasurer, filed by Clerk.
No other business appearing after several names had been suggested for Assessor, the Board
adjourned.
